Meet RC, Owner of
Black Oak Landscaping
Black Oak Landscaping was founded on a simple belief: if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right.
For nearly 15 seasons, RC has worked in the landscaping industry, learning firsthand that lasting results come from quality materials, careful planning, and a strong work ethic. In 2017, he started Black Oak Landscaping with a goal of providing homeowners and businesses throughout Western Montana with dependable service and workmanship they could trust.
Today, Black Oak Landscaping remains a small, owner-operated company by design. RC works alongside his crew on every project, staying involved from the first consultation through the final walkthrough. That hands-on approach allows him to maintain the quality standards and personal service that have become the foundation of the business.
Whether the project involves irrigation, hardscaping, planting, water features, or a complete landscape installation, the goal remains the same: create outdoor spaces that look great, function properly, and stand the test of time.

We had a very messy large planter and gravel walkway leading to our front door that needed some serious help. RC removed the large area planter including large stone bordering it, sloped, installed sprinklers and grass for a great new look. RC also transformed a gravel pathway with uneven steps to a beautiful paved walkway that even included lighting. The work was all accomplished with care and professionalism, timely manner and fair price. I would recommend his services and certainly use him again when the need arises.
